SYNOPSIS
The
Petitioner is a lady, who victimized by the respondents on taking total
consideration money of the subjected Flat and executing the Deed of Conveyance
in favour of the Complainant, though did not deliver the physical possession of
the said subjected residential flat to the petitioner, with necessary paper as
of Possession Letter, Completion Certificate, etc., which the petitioner is
entitled to get.
