1.   Did you ever given any holding number to the aforestated Dag numbers ? if yes then provide me such Holding number.

 

2.   Did you sanctioned any building plan on the aforestated property / Dag numbers ? if yes then provide me a copy of the said building sanctioned plan.

 

3.   Did you ever inspected the aforestated schedule property / dag numbers prior to sanctioning the building plan on the said aforestated preoperty ?

 

4.   Whether the Land under L.R. Khatian number 1257, and L.R. Dag nos. 482, 483, 485, 484, 463, 459, 491, 492, 495, 498, 477, 458, 493, 496, 499, 501, 490, 454, 476, 481, 473, 450, 460, 494, 505, 500, 487, 488, 480, 489, 461, under Mouza – Jaganathpur, Police Station – Narendrapur, has ever been given Holding Number in the record of Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality ? if given, then provide a Photostat copy of such Holding Number certificate / document.

 

5.   Kindly provide me Photostat copy of the proceeding which permit Devaloke Developers Limited to construct “Devaloke Sonar City”.

 

6.   Kindly give details as to connectivity of sewerage and water connection in the project namely “Devaloke Sonar City” at Simultala, Sonarpur Station Road, by the Devaloke Developers Limited.

 

7.   Kindly give details of the permissions granted by you to Devaloke Developers Limited for construction of the project namely “Devaloke Sonar City”. Please provide Photostat copy of such permissions.

 

8.   Kindly provide the Photostat copy of the mutation proceeding, which has ever been occurred for the mutation in favour of the said Devaloke Developers Limited.

 

9.   What are the safety measures has ever been suggested by you in the project namely “Devaloke Sonar City” to be observed by Devaloke Developers Limited.

 

 

 

I am affixing the Court fees of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) only, towards application fees and undertake to pay fees as assessed by you in providing Photostat copy of the documents, by way of cash or in any manner or mode as may be asked by you.
